Do you offer payment plans?Yes. I offer payment plans only for branding and website design projects. After the deposit has been paid, the remaining total can be split into two or three payments over the duration of the project. If more time is needed to pay off the project, then this be discussed with the client based on their specific payment needs.

How long do your projects take to finish?Brand and website design projects typically take anywhere from 2-6 weeks due to the strategy and research process, hand-crafted design work, and the time it takes with each client to review each phase of a project and to provide feedback in a timely manner.

How do I know if I'm ready for a brand identity or website design?You are ready for these projects if you're feeling like your business is gradually declining in sales, customers seem to be moving on or they aren't noticing your offer or product at all. You may feel burned out with your logo that got your business started and you feel like your brand needs to reflect a more professional and polished look.

I'm not ready for branding. Can you design a stand alone logo?
I do not recommend designing one logo even in the startup phase of your business. One logo design will leave the process unfinished with no strategy behind it.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For select clients only, I do offer payment plans and will work with you on varying types of payment.

Are there any additional costs?
You may have to purchase certain font licenses and stock imagery during the duration of the project. All additional costs will be presented to you upfront so there are no surprises.

Will my project be completed in the specified timeframe?
Project timelines are rough estimates of when you can expect it be complete. Each project is different. Timeliness relies on you as the client to communicate effectively and review concepts and items promptly. Please ensure you book your project when you know you have time to set aside to work intensively and collaboratively for calls, questionnaires and to provide feedback when necessary.
